Terms of service

1. General Agreement
Paade Mode Ltd., hereafter called PAADE, provides the available content on the site www.paademode.com, hereafter called Homepage, and renders service under the terms of payment, delivery, and in compliance with the terms and conditions of returning the purchase that can be found on Homepage. By using the homepage, customers confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with the terms.

If a customer purchases clothing and accessories, hereafter called goods, offered on the PAADE Homepage via the Internet, then such a mutual agreement is considered a distance contract, and it is subject to regulations on distance contracts, including, but not limited to, European Parliament and Council Directive 97/7/EEC on the protection of customers in respect of distance contracts, the Republic of Latvia “Consumer Rights Protection Law”, and the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia “Regulations regarding Distance Contracts”.

2. Privacy
PAADE protects the immunity of rights and liberties of natural persons and the immunity of privacy concerning natural person data processing in accordance with European Parliament and Council Directive 95/46EEC on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the Republic of Latvia “Personal Data Protection Law”.

PAADE sincerely respects and cares about its customers and therefore ensures the highest level of security cooperation when using our site to purchase goods and to communicate. On our site, customers are able to register, order goods, make requests, and enlist themselves to receive information on news, sales, etc.

The homepage is a secure website. The exchange of any information is secure, provided that all internet-use requirements are met. PAADE never requests and processes sensitive personal data. PAADE never collects and stores information regarding debit cards and credit cards.

If an account is created on the homepage, PAADE only collects information concerning the purchase bill and delivery: the customer’s name, address, email, phone number, etc. PAADE gives the customer’s information to a third person (e.g., courier service) only concerning delivery details. Customers’ personal information helps us inform them about new items in our offer, sales, and other activities.
PAADE uses the information provided by customers to identify them, as well as in situations when communication has a legal request, i.e., when the law stipulates that personal data is to be provided to government and municipal institutions.

PAADE takes all necessary homepage maintenance and development measures, considering the customer’s personal information security, in order to protect it against theft, loss, misuse, unauthorized access, exposure, modification, and corruption. Every customer account has a username and password. PAADE recommends that you store this information safely and avoid using automatic logon information in order to prevent other people from accessing your data.

The homepage may contain links to our collaboration partners (trading places, ads for associated products, etc.). If a customer visits any site of our collaboration partners, PAADE recommends familiarizing themselves with the terms of a specific site before entering any personal information. PAADE is not responsible for the contents of third-party sites.

The customer agrees to personal data processing.

3. The purpose of the homepage
The homepage has been created and is maintained by PAADE and its collaboration partners. The homepage has been created in order to effectively serve as an environment for high-quality communication between the company and customers, online trade of PAADE products, as well as an information source on the company and its offers.

All information and content available on the homepage, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, service marks, text, graphic signs, button icons, pictures, data summaries, and software's summary and layout (together called content), is the property of PAADE or its partners and is protected by the laws of the Republic of Latvia and other international laws on the protection of intellectual property, including regulations on the use of copyright and trademarks. Without written permission, the use of our trademarks, irrespective of purpose, is forbidden.

No part of the content of the homepage may be reproduced or published without the written permission of PAADE, unless copying or publishing permission for limited usage is given for third-party needs, provided that PAADE Homepage is indicated as a source and an upper-level link (www.paademode.com) is added to the reproduced copy.

5. Price policy and terms of payment
All prices on the homepage are in euro (EUR) currency. All prices are subject to VAT. Depending on the delivery address, the order can be subject to extra shipping costs that will be explicitly indicated before payment confirmation and will be included in the total cost.
Order payment is done in accordance with the terms of payment.

6. Delivery procedure
All PAADE deliveries are made in accordance with order processing and delivery procedures confirmed by the company.

7. Availability of goods
The product range is available, and prices are valid as long as they are visible on the site and in stock.

Indications on the availability of products are provided when you make an order. Errors or modifications may occasionally occur in exceptional circumstances. When a product is unavailable after ordering, the customer will be informed by email as soon as it is back in stock. The order will automatically be cancelled, and the money will be reimbursed if the account has been debited.

PAADE offers the possibility of ordering items out of stock as a special order with a production time of two weeks.

8. Shipping and delivery
We deliver worldwide. Delivery times depend on the location. Please make sure that your delivery address is correct and includes all postal codes and a phone number in case the delivery agency has to reach you to arrange delivery. We usually ship items that are in stock within 1–4 business days. We do not ship our items on weekends and public holidays.

Delivery times and rates

Regular service in Europe takes approximately 4-5 business days. Regular service outside of Europe takes approximately 5-7 business days.

EU countries: €3 - €21
USA: €25*
Rest of the world: €27 - €45

International taxes and duties

Customs and import duties are applied when a parcel reaches its destination country. The recipient is responsible for paying these charges. Paade Mode has no control over the amount of these costs. Customs policies and import duties vary by country, and parcels may be subject to inspection or delays. If a parcel is held by customs, additional charges or delivery delays may occur, which are beyond our control.

All products on www.paademode.com  are shown at their full price. This price cannot be adjusted to reduce international customs duties or taxes.

*For U.S. customers:

In line with updated U.S. customs regulations effective 29 August 2025, all shipments to the United States — regardless of value — are subject to duty and tax.
We strive to make your shopping experience as seamless as possible by handling all duties, taxes, and customs clearance on your behalf, so no additional payment is required upon delivery. These updated procedures apply to all U.S. orders placed after 16 October 2025.
For most products, an estimated 21% import duty and tax, together with a 2% DHL carrier processing fee (minimum €5), will be applied at checkout to cover full customs entry and clearance.
As boots are classified under a different product category, higher U.S. import duties apply. Estimated charges total approximately 45% for duties and taxes, plus a 2% DHL carrier processing fee (minimum €5).
Please note that these charges are separate from the fixed shipping cost and will be calculated and added during checkout.

9. Returns and refund policy
Returns Process
If you have purchased a product for your own personal use as a consumer and wish to return it, you have to inform our customer service via email at cs(at)paademode.com within 14 days from the day following delivery of the product(s) concerned and submit a request for return. If our customer service approves your return request, it will provide you by email with instructions for the return of the product(s). Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.

Conditions for returns or exchanges

We will in any case only approve requests for return if the product has not been washed or used in any way (other than reasonable wear and tear from examining and/or trying on the product), and the product is returned in the original packaging with the manufacturer’s tags attached. A refund or replacement of the products can only take place after we have received all of the products to be returned. Only regular priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned items, you will receive a confirmation email. Your refund will then be processed. Refunds will be made within 28 days of the date that we receive your returned package. We reserve the right to reject your return, reject the requested refund, or charge you for the costs required to undertake the necessary costs arising out of or in connection with the payments that need to be refunded to you (without prejudice to the applicable legal provisions; repairs, re-stocking, etc.), in case you return:

  • products that you were not authorized to return,
  • that are no longer in acceptable condition for returns or have not been packaged appropriately, and have not exercised the care required for returning the Products in good condition.
  • only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping costs will not be refunded. Return costs are at the buyer's expense. Please note that Paade Mode will not be held responsible for items not reaching our office. The unwanted item is the responsibility of the buyer until it arrives here safely.

10. Agreement to receive news via email
By agreeing to the Terms, the customer agrees to receive notifications, agreements, order details, and other news from PAADE via email or conventional mail.

The customer chooses whether to receive optional marketing information from the homepage, excluding cases where PAADE informs its customers about campaigns that concern all goods offered in the e-market. All PAADE customers have the right to refuse to receive marketing information by sending an email to cs(at)paademode.com with ”UNSUBSCRIBE” in the subject line.

11. General terms
The customer agrees that these terms and conditions form the agreement on the use of the PAADE homepage and content on the customer’s part.

PAADE reserves the right to modify and update these terms by publishing corresponding changes on the homepage and indicating the date of the last changes. Any changes made to the terms come into effect the moment they are published.

A satisfied customer is our greatest value. We always look forward to receiving a message from customers, and we are grateful for the time our customers devote to sharing their experiences and knowledge.
