Initiating a Return

If you wish to return a product purchased for personal use, follow these steps:

1. Inform Customer Service:

  • Contact our customer service at cs(at)paademode.com within 14 days from the day following the delivery.

  • Submit your return request.

2. Approval and Instructions:

  • If your return request is approved, our customer service will provide detailed return instructions via email.

Conditions for Returns or Exchanges

For a successful return or exchange, please ensure:

  • Products have not been washed or used, except for reasonable wear and tear during examination.

  • Products are returned in the original packaging with manufacturer's tags attached.

Note: Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items are non-refundable.

Refund Process

1. Upon receiving your returned items, you'll receive a confirmation email.
2. Your refund will be processed within 28 days from the date of receiving your package.

Important: Shipping costs and return costs are non-refundable.

Refund Rejection

We reserve the right to reject a return or refund if:
  • Products were not authorized for return.
  • Products are not in acceptable return condition or have inadequate packaging.
  • The care required to return the products in good condition is not exercised.
    Reminder: Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items are non-refundable.
