Important Return
Paade Mode is based in Latvia and ships worldwide.

Returns of full-price items are accepted from countries within the EU only.

We do not accept returns or exchanges of any kind from countries outside the EU.
Returns are not free of charge. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any associated expenses, including customs or handling fees where applicable.
If you would like product measurements or additional information before placing an order, we encourage you to contact us — we’re always happy to help you feel confident in your selection.
Initiating a Return (EU customers only)
If you wish to return a product purchased for personal use, follow these steps:
1. Inform Customer Service:

Contact our customer service at cs(at)paademode.com within 14 days from the day following the delivery.

Submit your return request.
2. Approval and Instructions:

If your return request is approved, our customer service will provide detailed return instructions via email.
Conditions for Returns or Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, all of the following conditions must be met:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused, aside from reasonable handling to inspect the product.

Products are returned in the original packaging with manufacturer's tags attached.
- Returns or compensation are provided only in cases of manufacturing defects. The company does not take responsibility for mechanical damage (tears, pulled threads, print wear caused by external friction, etc.)
Refund Process
1. Upon receiving your returned items, you'll receive a confirmation email.
2. Your refund will be processed within 28 days from the date of receiving your package.
Please note that shipping costs and return costs are non-refundable.
Refund Rejection
- Products were not authorized for return.
- Items are returned in unacceptable condition or without proper packaging.
- The care required to return the products in good condition is not exercised.
Reminder: Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items are non-refundable.
